Wine & Dine

Yes, food served at Villa Ferraia is extraordinary. But our food means much more than satisfied appetites and senses.

Italian culture embraces its food
Learn family secrets with recipes handed down through generations. Explore the history of Italian wines on a Tuscan wine tour. Discover the rich taste of fresh produce, hand-picked from our organic vegetable and herb garden or local markets.

Meals create Memories
Taste Italian wines as our in-house chef cooks pizza in an outdoor wood-fired oven. As you sip and chat by candlelight, watch the sun set over the forest below. Wake up to strong Italian coffee and a fresh, homemade breakfast. Dine at a long, wooden table in our timber-beamed dining room, next to a travertine fireplace under hand-forged iron light fixtures and historical paintings.

Food is Life
Because we use only local ingredients, seasonal harvest dictates our fresh menu. Winter meals and wines are heartier than summer cuisine.

Villa Ferraia hosts groups with grace. With 15 separate guest rooms and many inviting common areas, we have plenty of space for everyone to stretch out, laugh, converse, and create memories.

We welcome:
• Family reunions

"Idyllic Tuscan Villa - A Must Stay!“

Vittorio and Patrizia were fantastic hosts always happy to chat and provide advice for sight-seeing in the local area and beyond. Stefano's cooking was a fresh take on traditional Italian and Tuscan food and Tatiana was always on hand to make sure we were full at breakfast! Eating meals around the communal table was one of our highlights with a great atmosphere and lots of laughs with the other guests. We walked away smiling and will definitely be back! Room Tip: Room 14 is a fantastic living space with a separate living room separate from the main house.

"Beautiful place"

The pictures do not to do Villa Ferraia justice. We drove through the gate and our jaws just dropped. We couldn't believe this was where we were going to be spending the next seven days. After being shown around the property, we settled into our room which was more like a little house off the main house. The "room" was amazing. We had dinner that evening at the Villa. Patrizia is an amazing chef. Everything was great and I was completely spoiled after that meal because no other pasta tasted the same as her homemade pasta and Stefano's homemade sauce. "Villa Farraia exceeded my expectations in every way!

Vittorio and Patrizia are the consummate hosts. The villa, itself, is simply spectacular. Something that existed only in my wildest imagination before I saw it! Every detail is top of the line luxury, right down to the whirlpool tub and divine bed. Vittorio ensured an experience with excursions and a night in the observatory that I will never forget. This place is for those that want an adventure in Tuscany that is outside the norm! It will not disappoint!" Lisa CondieItalian Experience Coordinator,Better Way to Italy
